Why I built Calibrate.

I help companies build practical, sustainable learning systems that align with the real pace of work. My goal is simple: make it easier for organizations to support people, improve communication, and grow capability without adding unnecessary complexity.

My background spans large, fast-moving organizations including TikTok and Miro, and I currently lead a team at Harte Hanks. Across those environments, I've seen firsthand how quickly companies outgrow informal training practices and how costly that becomes when communication, onboarding, and leadership development are inconsistent.

I started Calibrate because small and mid-sized companies need strong training support, but they often can't justify bringing on a full-time learning leader. I wanted to create a consulting model that gives them access to strategic guidance and hands-on execution without the overhead of a large internal L&D team.

What makes this work different is that I listen first, focus on outcomes, and design solutions around the realities of the business. I've worked across many industries and functions, which helps me identify the patterns behind the problem and translate them into practical, high-impact training and communication strategies.
